Tower Training
Is it possible to build strength, increase metabolism, decrease body fat, increase flexibility and have fun all at the same time? Yes! GamePlan’s premier conditioning program, Tower Training allows you to do hundreds of exercises in full body motion on the FreeMotion Cable Columns (Towers). GamePlan Group is the only club in Seattle to offer this exciting new conditioning program which combines the benefits of personal training with the camaraderie and positive energy found in a group setting.

Your 50 minute training session is comprised of cardiovascular, strength, flexibility and balance training all done using the Free Motion Cable Columns (Towers) in combination with various tools in the GamePlan Group Studio.

Sessions are led by a FreeMotion Group and Personal Training certified fitness coach at a fraction of the investment of a one on one personal training session. Tower Training is limited to 6 students and is designed to meet the specific needs of various fitness levels. This program requires a six week commitment, as material is progressive, no drop-ins available.
