MMA Fitness is a complete fitness system that is based on the structure of an MMA fighter’s workout. MMA Fitness will give you a total body workout with key elements focusing on endurance, strength, power, and core.

The best part about MMA Fitness is that it is designed to cater to people at all levels of fitness. An individual can customize their workout by adjusting their intensity level to best suit their personal fitness goals. Workouts incorporate both aerobic and anaerobic exercises that will help maximize not only burning fat but also gaining muscle. This system of training allows the participant to burn more calories while increasing ones metabolism.

MMA Fitness class is held Monday and Wednesday at 7:30 p.m. Reserve your spot in advance, as space is limited!  $20 per class, or 5 classes for $85.
