Lose track of time and get swept away in the energy of this upbeat, intense training session. This one hour session, limited to 8 people, allows you to push yourself while training as an individual, in pairs and as an entire group. This strength training option incorporates Free Motion cable columns (towers) and other power and performance stations - including the Reebok Deck, stability ball, and Free weights. A certified fitness coach will provide guidance and motivation.
