<p>Boxing Fitness is a total body workout for men and women. The workout is non-contact and is a great stress reliever. <em><strong>Get fit without getting hit!!</strong></em></p>
<p>Benefits of boxing fitness: speed, upper and lower body strength, footwork and coordination, basic punching technique, combination and body punching, cardiovascular endurance and stamina. It also supplies the basics of self-defense which will build self confidence.</p>

<p>The best part about MMA Fitness is that it is designed to cater to people at all levels of fitness. An individual can customize their workout by adjusting their intensity level to best suit their personal fitness goals. Workouts incorporate both aerobic and anaerobic exercises that will help maximize not only burning fat but also gaining muscle. This system of training allows the participant to burn more calories while increasing ones metabolism.</p>
<p>MMA Fitness class is held Monday and Wednesday at 7:30 p.m. Reserve your spot in advance, as space is limited!  $20 per class, or 5 classes for $85.</p>
