Expect to sweat and have fun in this unique outdoor experience! During this 6 week series your coach will guide you through a series of balance, plyometric, agility, strength and core stability movements designed to improve your overall fitness. As part of the group you'll be led through performance-oriented workouts combining the customized attention of personal training with the powerful motivation found in group settings. This program requires a six week commitment, as material is progressive. Appropriate for any fitness level.
