Boxing Fitness is a total body workout for men and women. The workout is non-contact and is a great stress reliever. Get fit without getting hit!!

Benefits of boxing fitness: speed, upper and lower body strength, footwork and coordination, basic punching technique, combination and body punching, cardiovascular endurance and stamina. It also supplies the basics of self-defense which will build self confidence.

Can’t find a time that suits you? Have a group that you want to share a private, custom tailored Boxing class with… No problem! You get the group together (minimum of 6) and let us know what days and times you would like your class to take place and leave the rest to us. We will work with your group to design a plan that works for you!
